Terms & Conditions

• All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by SSK Marina Residency management.
• To guarantee a reservation, advance payment or valid payment authorization may be required based on seasonal demand.
• Room allocation is done upon arrival according to the selected room category (Deluxe Room, Superior Deluxe, etc.).
• Special guest preferences (e.g. early check-in, high-floor rooms) are subject to room availability upon arrival.

• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
• Early Check-in: Early check-in between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM is subject to room availability and nominal hourly/half-day tariff.
• Late Check-out: Requests beyond 11:00 AM must be confirmed with the front desk. Check-outs after 2:00 PM will incur full day charges.

As per Government regulations and local law enforcement guidelines:

• Every adult guest (18+ years) must produce an original government-issued photo ID during check-in.
• Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID. (PAN Card is not accepted as address proof).
• Foreign Nationals: Must carry a valid Passport and valid Indian Visa / OCI card, and complete statutory Form C.
• Hotel management reserves the right to deny accommodation if valid government identification is not produced.

• All room tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST.
• Accepted Modes of Payment: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa / Mastercard / RuPay Debit & Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash.
• All incidental expenses, extended stays, or extra amenities must be fully settled prior to checkout.

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the 12:00 PM check-in time will receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival date or failure to check-in will be charged a retention fee equivalent to one night's tariff.
• Refund Timeline: Processed refunds are credited back to the original source method within 5 to 7 business days.

• Children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Children aged 6 and older or additional adult occupants will be charged the standard extra mattress tariff.

• Non-Smoking Rooms: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside air-conditioned rooms and common hallways.
• Quiet Hours: We request all guests to maintain calm and low noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM for everyone's peaceful sleep.
• Property Care: Any deliberate damage or staining of hotel property, fixtures, or linens will be charged to the guest.
• Visitor Registration: Non-resident visitors must register at the reception. No external visitors are permitted inside rooms after 9:00 PM.

• Common areas and entry gates are monitored 24/7 with CCTV cameras for maximum safety.
• Guests are requested to secure their cash and personal valuables. The hotel is not responsible for items left unattended.
• Complimentary guest vehicle parking is available on-site at owner's risk.
